<h2><strong>人物简介</strong></h2><p>1993年于武汉大学获化学专业和细胞生物学专业学士学位;1999年1月</p>于武汉大学获高分子化学和物理专业博士学位;1994年在北京大学医学部(原北京医科大学)药学院天然与仿生药物国家重点实验室从事高分子免疫佐剂的开放课题研究;1999年5月至2004年6月先后在约翰霍普金斯医学院新加坡生命医学中心(Johns Hopkins Singapore)、美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院生物医学工程系从事博士后研究;2004年9月,入选中国科学院“百人计划—引进国外杰出人才”,任中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系教授,博士生导师,2006年获“百人计划”择优支持;2006年7至8月,德国罗斯托克大学医学院访问教授;2006年12月起任中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室研究员;2011年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。目前任中国生物材料协会理事、中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会委员、中国微纳协会纳米生物与医药技术专业委员会委员,Biomaterials Science杂志(英国皇家化学会)编委;在Science Translational Medicine、Angew Chem Int Ed、J Am Chem Soc、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、J Controlled Release、Biomaterials等杂志发表研究论文90余篇,参与撰写英文专著章节三篇,论文被引用2500余次;授权中国发明专利5项,美国发明专利1项,获得2012年教育部自然科学奖一等奖(第二单位)。 &nbsp;<h2><strong>获奖荣誉</strong></h2><p>实验室已毕业博士研究生12人,指导博士研究生中1位获中国科学院院长特别奖、5位获中国科学院院长优秀奖,2位获“求是”优秀研究生奖,5位获朱李月华优秀博士生奖,2009~2011年实验室研究生连续4年获GE基金会科技创新奖(其中2次一等奖,2次二等奖,1次三等奖),2位研究生获得2010年度校级学术新人奖,1位获2011年度教育部学术新人奖,1位获得第八届“中国青少年科技创新奖”。&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>研究方向</strong></h2><p>1.生物医用高分子材料;</p><p>2·蛋白质和核酸的高分子传递体系;</p><p>3·基因治疗和组织工程。&nbsp;</p><p>肿瘤靶向治疗和肿瘤干细胞研究、纳米药物和药物输送系统、RNA干扰、纳米生物材料&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>研究课题</strong></h2><p>1·聚磷酸酯高分子生物材料的合成方法学及性能评价;</p><p>2·生物可降解纳米材料的制备及其细胞转运调节和机制;</p><p>3·可注射生物可降解高分子水凝胶的制备及生物医用;</p><p>4·药物控制释放及靶向输送载体的构建及生物学功效;</p><p>5·RNA干扰及siRNA药物靶向输送及关键技术;</p><p>6·癌症基因治疗新型传输载体、细胞转运机制及功效;</p><p>7·组织工程“人工骨”支架材料及组织工程新方法。&nbsp;</p><p>承担科技部“973”项目子课题;国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金;教育部博士点优先支持领域课题;科技部“863”课题;“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题等。&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>研究获奖</strong></h2><p>2001 Controlled Release Society-Capsugel Award on Innovative Aspects of Gastrointestinal Drug Absorption and Delivery, Controlled Release Society&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>论文专著</strong></h2><p>1.
