1、对于求职邮箱的管理

1)邮箱通常是我们求职路上的必备工具,所以大家在选择邮箱的时候一定要尽量避免使用娱乐性质的邮箱,可以选择一个比较正式的偏商务性质的邮箱,毕竟找工作也是一件毕竟严肃的事。

2)有一个写简历的最简历的窍门,那就是按照用人单位列出的职位招聘要求来写简历,内容简洁明了,重点突出,因为HR通常只会看他们感兴趣的部分。在发送邮件的时候建议用自己的姓名作为发件人昵称,以便于HR查找,给对方留一个好的印象。

3)如果你的求职意向不是单一的,建议大家可以多储备几个求职邮箱,每个邮箱对应一个方向,这样就可以分类去寻找适合自己的工作。

2、简历排版是关键

不管你是何种方式的简历,都要认真排版。不需要你弄特别复杂的效果和板式,只要看起来简洁清晰便可。现在很多公司对于员工的OFFICE软件使用有要求,即使你在简历中吹嘘自己有多么精通,但是看到你乱糟糟的简历时,结果可想而知!

3、求职信怎么撰写

求职信应该要有足够的内容去推销自己,但是也不能长篇大论,注意措辞和语言,错别字不可有,关键字很重要,有些公司会根据关键字来筛选简历从而寻找符合他们条件的人选。求职信和简历要一同发送,不要分开,便于HR查阅。

4)掌握好发送最佳时机

求职信的发送时间也是有讲究的,下面几点建议求职者在发送求职信的时候看一下:

(1)节前节后的一两天时间最好不要发简历,因为HR很可能还没从假期综合症脱离,哪有心思去看简历;

(2)下班或者中午午休时间不要投递,阅读率非常低,人家都忙着休息吃饭呢

(3)最佳时机是早上8点到9点,下午2点到3点之间,这个时间的工作效率也是最高的

所以不要总是抱怨自己投出去的简历都石沉大海,好好回忆一下自己在投递简历时是不是太没“心机”,导致自己错失了一次次的好机会。
