回信的总体原则，尽可能简短明了，想强调或突出的请着重标出。切忌冗长又失重点的邮件。

一：询盘回复

如果客人原邮件问的产品比较明确，对公司和产品的介绍尽可能简短，重点在于对客人需求明细的回复

二、报价太高

提示：不要无条件的降价，给出几种不同的方案让客人选择。弄清对方最关注的是什么 比如：分段报价（不同的数量不同的报价），推荐一般的材质等

三、样品费

提示：根据公司不同产品及不同规定而异，有收样品费的公司应付快递费

主要要让客人明白：任何一种生意的投资都是双方的，不是单方来承担

四、海运费

先弄清对方是要FOB 还是要CNF。建议报FOB，因为海运费非常的不稳定

但是如果客人是第一次从中国进口，就要报大概的单价供他参考，要记得标明海运费的有效期 Pls kindly let me know you will choose ocean freight prepare or freight collect?

If you like ocean freight collect,pls kindly checking with your local forwarder.
